At Log.Sec we have developed a strong core of Acquisition Logistics skills and are recognized nationally for our expertise. Our focus is on helping Government and Industry design and field cost effective and supportable weapon systems. We are experts in Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) and continue to assist the DOD in implementing this initiative by active participation in such DOD sponsored activities such as their PBL Tiger Team. Our Acquisition Logistics approach to applying PBL is to influence equipment design in a systems engineering context to achieve a desired readiness metric at the lowest cost and smallest logistics footprint. We work with the DoD in developing quantifiable supportability requirements and manage their design implementation. We are Logistics, RAM and Life Cycle Cost modeling experts and use this expertise to perform Business Case Analyses (BCA) across the acquisition life cycle. Many on our technical staff have achieved the coveted SOLE designation as certified Professional Logistician (CPL) and are active in the Government and Industry Logistics community as teachers and mentors.
